Reservations
A booking is confirmed when you receive written confirmation from us. Rates are per room per night. Book direct and à la carte breakfast is included, along with all three pools and Soma Vita access. Booked through an agent, breakfast is charged separately.
Cancellation
Our flexible rate may be changed or cancelled free of charge until seven days before arrival. Advance-purchase and package rates require a deposit and carry their own conditions, stated at the time of booking.
Check-in and check-out
Check-in from 2:00pm, check-out by 11:00am. Day use until 6:00pm is charged at 50% of the nightly rate, subject to availability.
Who may stay
Guests must be aged 14 or over. We do not accept pets. All rooms are non-smoking; smoking is permitted in the social areas.
Payment
Cash in Indonesian Rupiah or most major currencies, or Visa and Mastercard. No service fee is charged on card payments.
Experiences
Boat-based experiences depend on weather and sea state. Where we cancel for safety, you are refunded in full.
Liability
Guests are responsible for their own safety in and around the water, the sauna and the ice bath. Travel insurance is strongly recommended, particularly if you intend to dive.
