Five rooms qualifies for a group rate. 28 rooms is the whole hotel, and we will hand you the keys to the garden.
5–9 rooms
Group rate
A single rate across all room types, one point of contact, and a private barbeque night if you stay three nights or more.
10–17 rooms
Partial buyout
Group rate plus a reserved area of the garden, flexible meal timings, and a dedicated host for the duration.
All 28 rooms
Full buyout
The whole property. All three pools, the restaurant, Soma Vita and the garden, arranged entirely around your programme.

What works here
- Yoga and wellness retreats — Soma Vita, a garden that takes 20 mats, and a kitchen that cooks plant-based properly.
- Small weddings — up to about 40 guests, with all 28 rooms for the party.
- Family gatherings — adults 14+, which for many families is exactly right.
- Company offsites — reliable wifi, no cars, no distractions, and a whole island to walk around while you think.
- Dive groups — five minutes from the harbour and the dive centres.
Buyouts are not available in July and August. Everything else is negotiable.
