What we collect
Your name, contact details, dates of stay, and any preferences or dietary requirements you tell us. Payment details are handled by our booking engine, Cloudbeds, and by our card processor — we do not store card numbers.
Why we collect it
To confirm and manage your reservation, to meet Indonesian guest-registration requirements, and — if you have opted in — to send you our newsletter.
Who we share it with
Cloudbeds, as our reservation system. Local authorities, where the law requires guest registration. Nobody else, and never for sale.
How long we keep it
For as long as we are required to for tax and legal purposes, and no longer.

Write to info@thekohohotels.com to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, or to unsubscribe from anything.
