Q: What time is check-in and check-out ?

Check-in is at 2:00 pm. Early check-in is upon availability and depending on our occupancy, we happily allow you to check-in earlier and enjoy your room before 2pm but we cannot guarantee it. Please contact us and we’ll see what we can do. Should you wish to guarantee an early check-in, we recommend you to book the night before arrival. Checkout is at 11 am. Afterwards the room have to get cleaned and made ready for our upcoming arrivals. Late check-out depends on the availability of your room. By default, day use until 6pm will be charged at 50% of the nightly room rate and check out after 6pm will be considered as extended stay, and will be charged at your full daily rate. In both cases, early check-in or late check-out, we would love to store your luggage for the day and look after it. This is free of charge.

Our hotel is designed for adult guests and does not provide child-friendly facilities. For safety and comfort, we only accommodate guests aged 14 and above, our sincere apologies.
